Founder and Director of Pinner Studios, Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Church Music and a Master of Arts degree in Violin Performance from Bob Jones University.
In high school as a violin student of Ellis Chasens in Arlington, Virginia, Jay earned awards and scholarships from the National Federation of Music Clubs and the Friday Morning Music Club. He appeared as soloist with the University of Maryland Symphony Orchestra and served as concertmaster of the Northern Virginia Youth Symphony, (now the American Youth Philharmonic). Dianne Pinner is co-founder of Pinner Studios and currently serves in an advisory capacity and as a substitute teacher when needed.

Dianne has been a member of the Bob Jones University music faculty since 1978. She developed the Bob Jones Elementary School String Program as its Coordinator from 1982 until 2006, where it grew from 20 to 90 students. In 1980 she co-founded the university’s Summer Music Camps.
